Shipping

Shipping is available to all European countries. If you’re buying from UK, please note that additional taxes will be charged by the shipping company to import the merchandise.

 

Returns

If you’re not happy with what you purchased, you have 30 days from delivery date to return the product and ask for a refund. Please note that we don’t exchange items, and you’ll have to place a new order. 

To be eligible for a return, an item must be in the same condition that you received it, and be in the original packaging. If we receive the item in a damaged condition, you won’t be eligible for return.

A few items cannot be returned. They are:

  • gift cards
  • made-to-order products
  • discounted products
  • items to be shipped from Uk

To complete your return:

  • write an email at [email protected] to notify us and ask for the shipping coupon. Please attach to your email a proof of purchase.
  • print out the shipping coupon and return the item to our address through the shipping company of your preference. 

Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

If you are returning expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

If the item is returned more than 30 days after delivery, you’ll be eligible only for a partial refund.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 days.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.

 

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund:

  • first check your bank account again;

  • then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted;

  • next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted;

  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at [email protected].

 

Damaged Items

If you received a defective or damaged item, please send us an email at [email protected] with a few pictures of the item in attachment. We will inspect the issue to understand if you’re eligible of a partial or full refund.

 

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift card will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
